Terrible Experience!!!

While getting quotes for a sizable fence job, a relative recommended this company. I first filled out their online request and never received a reply back from that. I called and talked to a secretary and did not get a call back for three days.

I finally talked to an owner and scheduled a time for them to come out to my house to give a quote, and then they never showed up. I called to ask where they were, and they had totally forgotten about me.

I then sent the measurements of the fence to them via e-mail and asked for a quote that way. I told them the $$ of the quotes I was receiving from other companies and they assured me they would beat those prices. It took over a week for them to get back to me and the quote was more than $1,000 higher than the highest quote I had received from other companies. What a waste of time and horrible customer service!

There are plenty of better fence companies to go with.

This company offers excellent customer service! They make sure to clean up at the completion of the job, and haul away any debris.
