After signing and returning an agreed cost estimate for a simple spring clean up, we were charged 40 percent more than what was originally quoted without any prior notification. They were very slow getting to our home due to lack of workers. After the job was completed, we were informed the delay created more work and we were responsible. When we questioned this, the owner was rude and dismissive. We will not work with Kuppe's again or recommend them to friends. Terrible customer service.
