While the staff seemed friendly enough, I did not gain anything through my first and only appointment with Dr. Pomann. The questions I asked the Dr. after my exam were met with impatience, as if he were rushing to get me out of the office. I did not feel he cared about me or my condition. He was abrasive, dismissive, and quick to make assumptions rather than listen to my concerns. I will not be returning.

A wonderful staff, very friendly and energetic and always willing to help. The doctor I am seeing for my skin, and also the assistant that takes us to the room then writes down all the info, are very patient and caring. I have been both to the doctors office and the DermaSpa for care and they have helped me tremendously with my acne and now my acne scars. The only reason I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars is because sometimes the doctors office can get backed up and you wait a while. One time I waited about 45, but then also many times I get in right away.
