I would not recommend this place of business, the staff was rude and uncaring. He did not explain all charges, fees, and rules of the location. When I called to understand why I was charged more than should be, he was angry and had the worst customer service I have EVER received. Never have I been so disappointed in a business with its customer service. Will definitely not return to this location or business.

Rented a car from them and they put multiple holds on my account for over $200. They have rented the car back out and still havent released the funds for no reason. They keep saying they have, but my bank says otherwise. Do not rent from here unless you can afford to basically loan them a bunch of money for over a month! Cause that is how long you will have to wait to get the money released!
