Poor communication with customer. Did not complete work on time and over charged for small repair. They even added thirty more dollars before approved. Should add, if their recommendations were followed they would have made 200 or 300 hundred more. Had to call repeatedly to get response and all they did was make excuses. Good communication is important when you work with customer with demanding schedules.
