      Customer service is very poor. Bought a grave marker 11 weeks ago. Paid for it up front. Has been done. STILL NOT ON THE GRAVE. They keep telling me next week but when next week comes it still dosen't get put on. They just have to take it across the street to the cemetery. They don't even have an excuse to offer. I am very disappointed with their service and would never recommend this place. Might want to give your business to the place next door
