Founded in 1911, Baker College serves more than 33,000 students and has various campuses throughout Michigan, including Clinton Township. It is an independent college that provides career-oriented courses, associate and baccalaureate degrees and technology education. The college provides undergraduate programs that include courses in various disciplines, such as business administration, computer information systems, mechanical and electrical engineering, health science, architecture, and automotive and construction technology. It also offers associate degrees in accounting and management, culinary arts, marketing, and small business and entrepreneurship management. Additionally, Baker College provides Master of Business Administration programs in accounting, finance, business management, marketing and human resource management. The college has a library that provides electronic databases, literary sources and access to the Internet. Baker College also organizes various extracurricular activities for its students, such as musical concerts, theater, orchestra and excursions.
