Not very helpful. I spoke briefly to the receptionist who then put me on hold while she spoke to an investigator. She then pawned me off to a government agency where I already tried to get information previously. The investigator did not even take the time to hear the details and what I had already attempted in finding information on a lost relative, important to citizenship status. Not a great way to do business in my opinion. Zero stars.
