The appointment setter's are rude and they will not help you fit your child in if you call. This is why they need a doctor, and they should accomadate for a sick child. The doctor's are good and treat you like a person not just a paycheck. A few of the nurse's are rude and treat you like gum on their shoe. Sometimes the dr that was seen is not as thorough as I would like, you do alot of reminding"did you get my script sent to drug store" etc.. If it wasn't for going to jail I'd smack some sense into the ditsy appointment setter's. They are dumb and don't do their job!

Was shocked when I called looking for a Dr. They wanted to know if we had any chronic problems. They don't take patients that are sick!!''
