I have been using Ms. Sylvia since I received my first job in 1991. She's loyal, dedicated, and hard-working. There is none finer!!!!

Initially i was very happy with Ms. Miller and her services. She was very cordial and informative. I went into her office on March 31st of this year with two years worth of taxes that had not been filed. One year of which I had worked in another state. She assured me that she would have no problem filing my taxes. A few days later I received a phone call from Miller stating that due to the fact that my address for the year of 2011 was in another state that she was having issues filing it. She then asked me if I had anyone in the other state that I could use their address for the 2011 and have them sent there. About 2 weeks ago I began trying to contact Miller because according to the IRS they hadn't received my return and that if they were sent off in April they should have them by now. But I couldn't get an answer at her office. I called my mother who had used Miller in the past and told her the problems I was having. And of course when my mother called her she answered the phone. She assured my mother that she had sent the taxes off and wasn't sure why they hadn't received them yet, but that she would prepare a duplicate copy and I could pick it up at her office. That was two weeks ago. The IRS has not yet received my taxes, I have made several attempts to contact Ms Miller via telephone always no answer and no voice mail to leave a message, And attempts to go to her office have failed as well because it is closed. So I am at a loss on what to do from here.

Sylvia Miller has been doing my tax returns for the past several years. She takes the time to complete my return with precision and an extensive knowledge of tax laws. The main thing that i like about her office and staff is that you are not just a client with a number to fill an appointment time slot...........you are an individual that receives her best effort to complete your return in a valid lawful manner while not overlooking any tax laws that you perhaps were unaware of or overlooked.
