This has to be the worst McDonalds in the country! I give them the benefit that they will get better. Today 2/10/18 Sunday at 1:30 pm. I ordered a Bug Mac meal and recieved a burger in a Big Mac box!!! Plain!!! I cannot count how many time this s#% t happens. I paid for this today. I checked in the bag that I received all of my food. I looked at the names on the boxes and thought everything was good to drive off. When I got home this what I found! The workers have no personality, no common sense, and no respect that we the customers pay for there services and the preparation of our foods!

I went to Mcdonalds on Springridge Road at 5:15 am trying to grab a bowl of oatmeal before my morning workout. The girl came to the window with a bowl of oatmeal in her hand, no spoon, no bag, no napkins. I opened the lid and it was a bowl of water and oats. I called her back to the window and told her that I didn't want the oatmeal. She asked, why what's wrong with it?" I said, look at it, it was just oats sitting in water (it wasn't cooked). She said, "oh yeah wait a minute". She tells the cook (I guess) that I wasn't happy with the oatmeal. Someone comes from the back and the lady at the window says "just add more water" . So they added more water and added oats and handed it back to me. No bag, no spoon, no napkins. I looked at it again and asked for a refund. The girl yells to the back and tells someone I wanted a refund and and this lady comes from the back again, looks at me and says "TELL THAT B!+

McDonalds has been trying to get their food product back into competition with other fast food and they have recently, but the service at this McDonalds was extremely poor and slow.

Anybody who lives in Clinton has had a nightmare experience with McDonalds on Springridge Rd.



I ordered a salad from an extra large employee who was all plopped up on the counter on one particular visit. She took my order then proceeded to tell some thugs that were in the kitchen discussing rims, to go and retrieve the bags of salad because her cooler was empty. The cooler actually had salad in it but she was so overweight she couldn’t bend over and see towards the back of the cooler up front because the employee had to weigh over 300lbs. When I pointed this out to her she just acted like I didn’t say anything and started cussing the two young thugs who were more interested in their 20 inch rim conversation. The woman finally groaned, moaned and slung a box of salads up front. I asked if I could get my money back or my order to go since I obviously walked in on a nuclear meltdown. Big Mama slings a bag of salad at me and hits me in the chest. This was the first time in my life I contemplated murdering someone. Long story short I called the corporate offices and sent a complaint (only allowed 500 words max online) but the best they could do is send me a coupon for a FREE Fruit & Walnut Salad valued at $3. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!
