Floyd and Baird is a small business in which the principals are personally involved in every project from start to finish. For civil design projects, we are capable of performing the necessary survey and topographic work for seamless incorporation of data into our civil design. Because the principals are personally involved in every project, communication breakdowns between disciplines are nonexistent. Quality control, therefore, is exceptional thus minimizing our time on a project and ultimately reducing costs for our clients.
