This company is one of the worse businesses I have ever used. First from the first point of contact is a rude nasty ignorant female, she is non-professional and should not be in a positon to deal with the public ever. The technician came and instead of solving the problem, He tried to blame the technicians that replaced my heating unit. (Which I have had no problems since it has been installed), and was not the problem the problem is my air condition unit.The technician came with a ladder that was to short to reach the hatch in order to access the roof (after I told the person who answered the telephone that he would need at least a 12 foot ladder. Needless to say, he was not able to complete the job and left without giving me any information as to what the next step(s) are. I will be reporting them to my warranty company. I would not recommend these sorry folks to anyone!

Poor service. Never returned phone call until home warranty company called them. When appointment was finally made, they did not show up for scheduled appointment and never called to cancel or reschedule.

I had my AC serviced in July. It took them three weeks to replace the heat pump. Now it's December and the heat pump is out again. I have been calling for five hours now and still no response.
