I ordered a bunch of food to be delivered to my friends who had a 29yr old immediate family member unexpectedly die and were at funeral. The driver called me FREAKING OUT not able to find them, and wouldn't even allow me a minute to try and talk him through it he was so crazy. This is rudest encounter I've ever had. He yelled at me on the phone and it's my fault for getting the address wrong, they moved, but relax - you deliver Chinese food and I'm just trying to do something nice for my friends for who are clearly in a bad place. I called the manager and asked if this was acceptable customer service and his answer was just "Ya"... Great, this seems like good business practice.

HUGE plus, this place delivers for $2 to Lancaster and surrounding towns. Very large portions. Excellent soups. Way better than any other Chinese in Clinton. Really like the Sesame Chicken and House special lo mein.

Reviews posted are from previous business China Time. Lucky House is better - so far so good. Prices are reasonable and online ordering is so convenient!

Went back for a third visit. Food seems to be inconsistent. Generals Chicken had a very funny chemical taste - couldn't eat much of it. Rice was good. Crab Rangoons are excellent! Soup tastes like clinton tap water - and its not good. Tea has the same taste... I hope they can turn it around and have a shelf life like their sister restaurant Thai Time.

For the area, this is the best Chinese cuisine. Things taste so much fresher that the other two in town, but Clintonians are loyal to their old haunts - even if the food is not on par. I hope this place can make it - its the best in town!

Decent flavors. Large size containers though are very small compared to other Chinese food establishments - this is not Thai food!!!! Excellent crab rangood and General Tso chicken but again, for the money you need to buy larger take out containers. We will continue driving out of town for our weekly chinese fix....

My delivery order was ready as promised. China time delivers and meet my expectation. I also ordered from here when it was new china and was told the head chef was the previous owner. That explains why the food we ordered tasted very similar to the previous one. I love the food when it was new china but never dined in because the place didn't look so good. Now, however, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my family to dine in. Heard about a buffet and will give it a try soon.

Taste like fish in everything. Everything was previously frozen, and made with dirty pans or fish sauce. Delivery driver was nice, person who answered phone was also, but food was horrible, Im not eating it and I wish I just got my money back. I miss new china soooooo bad! The actual seafood dish we got had frozen/canned crab and no lobster like menu stated and the chicken and vegetables had 5 pieces of chicken but 25 pieces of cabbage which didn't matter because it all tasted like trash.

We tried china time during the weekend. It was a great little place and a great addition to clinton. We love to support local businesses. Food was very, very good and fresh. We also tried their Vietnamese pho. The beef pho is so delicious. We really appreciate the effort that this family brings to our town. First the hit Thai, now Chinese and Vietnamese. You can see they work hard and try to make sure customers are happy. Hot green tea was served while we waited for our order. They really deserve to be successful in our town. If you haven't tried, go soon. You are supporting good people and good business.

Couldn't believe to see the new face of the old new china. Bright and clean space now. Price is the cheapest around too. Generous portion. Pupu platter for two can feed four people. Clean place, staff that actually speak English, yummy Chinese. We are a fan!

Great new Chinese place in Clinton. Everything we ordered was excellent, fresh and hot. Highly recommend Hunan chicken and moo shoo. The only downside is a long wait on Friday. Price is so inexpensive. Definitely our new place to go to for Chinese.

Aside from the new opening logistical errors - the quality of this food is the best in the area. EVERYTHING we have tried has been outstanding, General Tso's chicken has delightful sauce that is spicy, light and so flavorful. Ribs (on bone!) are tasty and done well, someone is finally doing fried rice right in Clinton, it is dark brown without being overly salty and chunks of fresh onion and pork. Won ton soup is so fresh and tasty and the actual won tons seem to be fresh and made to order. Portions are someone smaller and similar to "thai size" portions which doesn't surprise me since they own the Thai place in town. Crab rangoons are very tasty but small in size. Food is FRESH here. Keyword being fresh.

NOT IMPRESSED! I ordered the large wonton soup last week and go back today to be given a litte styrafoam cup of soup and be charged the price for a large. Return to question the size to then be given what is known in other restaurants as a pint (small) and told that is the large. Call to speak with someone and woman says they have changed the size and price since last week. Laughing...apparantly they changed this however did not change it on the menu.Absolutly not good for business at all. Don't think I will be going back. I returned the soup and just asked for money back, the woman took the soup and refunded my money.

China Time opened today and I couldn't be happier. I expected that the first day at a new restaurant would be rocky and at least one dish would be questionable. Instead, I'm hoping that they do this well every day! The hot and sour soup is inexpensive, large and loaded with ingredients. I could eat that all day long. The orange beef has the most amazing sauce. The egg foo young is large, has plenty of sauce and is well priced. The General Tso's chicken has large pieces of moist white meat chicken and a delicious sauce. Everyone was friendly and cheerful. It was especially pleasant to hear laughter coming from the kitchen. The restaurant itself is small but comfortable and nicely decorated. I can see this place being packed quickly with a brisk takeout business in no time at all.
