I only give a review of 3 stars. The staff are excellent in the deli department. I have been going to this store since its opening. They are under staffed and it takes forever to pick up my favorite deli items weekly and they are under staffed. I feel their management department does not consider their employees or me as a customer to not schedule enough servers in this Deli Department. I use the Giant Pharmacy as well. If the management does not have enough staff, this equals poor shopping experience for me and others. I live in Little Rocky Run Community since 1984 and know of many others who share my point of view. I love their deli department because they always remember my order. I hope this store will have enough staff to make my shopping experience easy soon. Otherwise I will be shopping at a different store.
