In the assessment and treatment of young children, Dr. Bodensieck evaluates the temperament of the child and the "goodness of fit" between the child's temperament and the environments he/she lives in.Adult psychotherapy usually follows the cognitive or interpersonal treatment approach. Dr. Bodensieck also enjoys working with clients on adjusting to anxiety, stress, and chronic illness. Hypnosis and bio-feedback training are available for the treatment of anxiety, stress, and nicotine cessation.Service area includes: the Southern Saratoga County, Northern Capital District, and Northern Schenectady County.
