Took a wool sweater in for cleaning and they shrunk it--kept trying to stretch it back into size having me come back 4-5 times and in the end that didn't work. But the owner never contacts me to settle up. I leave my cell number and he never calls. Ok accidents happen--I get that. But to take my cleaning money, not return a clean usable item and not even attempt to make amends with the customer --well that is just not right.
