They completely botched up a big order of gold foil screen printing on T-Shirts ($500 worth) . When I went back to resolve the situation, I was told that they do not guarantee any of their work. So as a result, they refused to redo the job and the refused to give me a refund. Horrendous customer service, they lie....i waited 2 weeks on a job they guaranteed would take 4 days. I've taken my business elsewhere. Do no trust them!!!

Excellent quality under very low price, Specially BJJ Uniforms and Boxing equipment are very good, Protection equipment and Apparels are excellent

They are not to be trusted! Takes forever to receive, they forget about your order even though they have charged you. They charge a lot for shipping and to costumize. They have no costumer service. This one girl that answer the phone don't have a clue. If you don't want a head ache don't buy from these people. Proma usa not trustful.

I don't think they even deserve 1 start to be completely honest. I placed and order with them almost a month ago and i still haven't gotten it. I called for the past 7 days and i was put on hold and they failed to called me back every single day with a tracking number. I finally got a hold of their "manager" and she said my order would be here in 3 days but she couldn't provide me with a tracking number. I told her to cancel my order and to refund me the money but she refuse to refund the whole mount since the set up fee was none refundable for some reason. Bottom line this company is a joke!
