Ploch's Home & Garden Center was a wonderful place to visit and host our Clifton Girl Scout Pumpkin Painting Event. Tara was friendly and helpful. Thank you Brian for the opportunity. Your decorations were great picture settings for our troop.

I was extremely disappointed on a recent visit to Ploch's. I had my two year old son with me and I was attempting to carry indoor house plants from one end of the store to the other where the cash register is located. A few of the staff looked at me trying to juggle 3 large plants and a toddler but did not offer any assistance although I already had several decor items on hold at the counter where the cash register is located. While juggling the plants, water dripped out of one container and onto my in store coupon ($20 off purchase of $100 or more) making it illegible. My purchase totaled $110. I asked sales assistant if I could use two of the other coupons I had on hand ($10 off purchase of $50 or more) and she refused to take them stating that she had to follow store rules. I've spent close to one thousand dollars at Ploch's over the past few years. Although the merchandise is terrific, customer service goes a long way. I will visit another garden center in the future.
