I love Capital One Bank! When I call them they are always there to help, NOTHING like visiting this branch. There's a representative named Ana Padilla. When I tell you MISERY IN THE FLESH, I'm not even exaggerating. There is zero empathy eminating from her being. She looks like she DREADS waking up every morning to go to work. No smile, no warm inviting greetings, EVER! She is a machine that just goes to work and breathes. I will continue to do business with Capital One because my experience has always been great BUT I will no longer be going to this branch to discuss my accounts or anything because if she's the only one that can help me, then I rather NOT!
