Benmar Conditionaire is a commercial contractor that has been in the heating, ventilating and air conditioning business since 1947. Its drafting, engineering and sheet metal departments are completely computerized, which cuts down on the time it takes to do each project by not duplicating the work effort. Benmar s service department is at the job site at startup and follows up with preventive maintenance contracts. It has a full sheet metal shop and service department to take care of projects from installation to move-in and beyond. Benmar has also retrofitted many of the original buildings with the latest computer control systems, which it can monitor from a central location. The company s client list includes AT&T Cable Landing Station, Half Moon Harbour, Harborside Financial, USA Network, Riverside Square, Paramus Medical, Pfizer Parsippany, AT&T Wireless Service and Federal Reserve Bank.
