Yesterday, Sunday March 13, my friend an I ate at this restaurant as we were on a motorcycle ride in the area. The staff was friendly enough. The food was not at temperature and was served very quickly indicating it was already prepared. The cheese was not melted in the lukewarm enchiladas, the chile rellenos were also cold. My friends taco and tostata and her plate was also lukewarm. The taste was acceptable. I will not eat at this establishment again. Food must be heated to acceptable temperature especially if already prepared. It must be kept cold and reheated to an acceptable temperature for food safety. This should be a prime concern especially since this establishment makes a living in a small community.
