This place sucks!!!!! They had my clothes since 830 Friday morning and when I showed up to get them at 2:00 Monday evening they weren't done. It was 8pair of pants. They told me to come after 5 to get them. And then when I pulled up at 545 Monday evening to get them, they where closed.

I dropped 5 pair of jeans off to be starched. 4 pair were to be heavy, and 1 pair was to be lite. All 5 pair got heavy starch, but that is not why I am writing this review. I don't always get my jeans startched, but when I do, I have taken them to Cowboys in Cleveland, and this time was no different. I needed jeans to wear to my cousins funeral service. I picked them up Friday, because I needed them Saturday morning . So Saturday morning I get the jeans that I planned on wearing out of the plastic that they come covered in, and learn that they are burnt/stained. So I look at the other 4 pair, and see that ALL of them are burnt or stained the same way, and 1 pair also had something black on them. So I call the store and I believe the lady I spoke with was named Janine. I told her my problem and that I was getting ready for a funeral, and she said well the plant is not open today, so the quickest I will be able to get them back to you would be Monday,,,, after I just told her that the funeral is TODAY, in a couple of hours!! She was not sympathetic in ANY way. All she told me was that it happens a lot, that they were left on the press too long, and the stains will come out. And when I told her about the black spot on 1 pair, she said to me,,,,hmmmm now that I DO NOT see happening! Really???

First off my jeans did NOT have any stains on them when they were dropped off. I take care of my jeans. And secondly, IF there was a black spot on the jeans, they would have noted it with a tag and would have attached it to the jeans, so you are aware that they seen it, and it was there when you dropped them off!!

I told her that I was very upset, because these were the only jeans that I have, and now I didn't have any jeans to wear to my cousins funeral that was at 2 o'clock. She still never offered an apology. She was very rude. She never asked for my name or number, UNTIL a customer walked in. (I heard them walk in and she greeted him/her) .Only then did her tone change, and she asked for my name and number. I never got a phone call!

I WOULDN'T GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY HAVE POORLY CUSTOMER SERVICES. THE LAST TIME I TOOK MY CLOTHES. MY BRAND NEW DRESS WAS RETURN TO ME WITH A RIP. THEY DIDN'T WANT TO SEE THEIR FAULT.!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!!!
