If I could have given no stars I would have. Don't send your loved one to this facility unless you're ready for them to die. Staff is inept, won't or can't answer any questions or concerns the family has. Doctor's care is almost non-existent. Doctor only comes 1 time per week and if patient is in rehab or doing another activity, no doctor visit for that day. Have dealt with care issues such as not answering call lights, stepping on and dislodging catheters, leaving patient soiled for over an hour, wrong diet administered. This facility has been a huge disappointment.
