      I brought my computer to them as a complete travesty (that happened as a result with another computer repair shop here in Cleveland). They were SO very kind and helpful! They tried different ways to recover the hard drive, but the other repair person had ruined it. I am SO thankful to have found these guys! They have our business from here on out...great job, guys!
