I have used Bradley Urgent Care numerous times for both myself and my oldest daughter. I have always been very pleased with my experiences...until Sunday, August 28, 2016. I took both my 13 month old daughter and my almost 3 year old. Both were sick. Having been a nurse for 6 years I had already diagnosed them (I guess that's what ticked her off.). I simply wanted antibiotics for UTI and sinus infection. The provider on duty came in with an attitude from the get go. This was my first experience with Toni, and it would ultimately be the worst experience I've had in quite some time with a provider. She didn't care what my mother-n-law or I were telling her regarding very specific signs and symptoms we had witnessed over the last few days. She treated us as if we were drug seeking and all I wanted was an antibiotic for my sick babies. I rarely have to take them to doctor so it's not like they were going to be over treated. Toni performed a very minimal assessment on both girls. Then she proceeded to tell us that they were perfectly fine, but if they did have something it was viral because it's going around day care. I informed her that my children do not go to day care, but she never changed her tune. She was determined not to treat my sick children because she wasn't going to leave the situation feeling like she didn't call the shots. I was furious at this point and left the office. I informed my MNL that if they weren't better by Wed 08/31/2016 (my next day off) I would take them to their pediatrician at Peerless Pediatrics. Sunday night, Mon night, and Tuesday night my husband and I were up ALL night with sick babies. So Wed we loaded up once again and went to see Dr. Kelly. After a thorough assessment the diagnosis was in...my 13 month old had a sinus infection.....my almost 3 year old has...wait for it.....a sinus infection, UTI, and right ear infection. Her temp was 100.8 in the office. Both were treated with antibiotics and cough medicine.I am so angry because had Toni not have been so blindly judgemental on Sunday my babies could have been much better by Wednesday. Instead they were much worse. If I ever use this clinic again I will definitely call first to insure she is not the provider that day. Worst experience ever!!

I absolutely love Bradley Urgent Care Walk In. The nurses and other workers there are so sweet and patient. I had to go for a gyno emergency, and there was actually a GYNECOLOGIST THERE! She helped explain my issue and what the treatment would do for me. She was so sweet and caring. I recommend this place if ever an issue.

I'm totally impressed with the compassionate care my son got at Bradley urgent care yesterday. I highly recommend this medical facility in Cleveland. Awesome staff and the doctor was very caring.
