I would recommend that no one in the the Cleveland area visit this restaurant! I have lived in the area for 4 years now, and after repeated unsatisfied visits, I will never go there again. Today they had not only got my order incorrect, but when I informed them of the mistake, they tried to argue that I was lying and just trying to get a free baked potato out of them...not to mention that I was placing an order for a Business and the potato wasn't even for me. So...after getting back to my place of business and finding hairs in my food, I called the store to speak with a manager on duty. The woman answered the phone and told me that she was the manager. When I told her the story of what had happened, she said "thanks, goodbye" and hung up. This is only the most recent episode from this location. I have never been prompted to call a restaurant before, let alone write a review about it, but this was frigin' ridiculous....

Unfriendly, argumentative, cut you off while speaking have got my order wrong 4 out of 4 times, am done with them
