You get what you pay for. Did not have issues with cleanliness, if I did I would ask for another room. Very close to Cleveland Clinic which is why I was there......price is right for the amount of time my family has to be there (3 weeks) or more. going back up next weekend and will stay there. Found the staff to be very helpful. But, as I said, you get what you pay for!!!!

In 5 seconds, I knew I would not stay at this motel. My first question when I called was, how close are you to Cleveland Clinic, his reply 2.2 miles, I then started to ask what is your rate for.... and was rudely cut off by the man telling to call back in a few minutes that he was with a client and really was in the middle of something right now but I could go to their website and find out all the information I needed...thank you and then hung up on me. Where has customer courtesy gone to!

aka- "The Bates Hotel"....this place is a true health risk! I checked in only to check out about an hour later. The walls in the room were warped due to obvious water damage and mold and mildew were 'actively' growing among various areas throughout the room. No outlet covers - with loose wires exposed. Toilet had urine 'ring' around the base indicating it hadn't been properly cleaned. Even the telephone had a layer of grime on it!! I was seriously afraid to even sit on the bed!Honestly the only reason I even gave a 1-star rating was because the clerk at the desk was willing to refund my money so I could stay somewhere else!!!

Bad attitude of Manager. Woulden't plow snow bedause the guests did not pay for it, Would not repay theft of belongings.
