We contracted Suglio and Son to install a patio and their customer service and communication has been horrible. The patio was installed much higher than quoted and as a result is a safety hazard, especially for young kids. Suglio and Son said they would put in a step to remedy the situation. I've been trying to get ahold of the company for TWO YEARS to get them to install my step. They've told me they'll do it when they are in my neighborhood, but I've seen them in my neighborhood multiple times and called them about it, and my phone calls have still gone unanswered. I'm very dissapointed with the wasted time and energy I've spent with this company.
