Solidarity (SHN) has over 20 years experience managing employee benefits for large and small groups. The organization administers self-funded plans, Health and Welfare Trusts, Pensions, HSAs, HRAs, and VEBAs. SHN currently administers one of the largest VEBAs in the country with over $600 million in assets. In addition to Employee Benefit Planning and Third Party Administration, SHN also provides administration for the Retiree Drug Subsidy. SHN provides Retiree Drug Subsidy from start to finish on behalf of our Plan Sponsors. Since 2006, and has recovered nearly $75 million on behalf of our Plan Sponsors. Our organization also assists Plan Sponsors with COBRA compliance, Health Care Reform, Dependent Eligibility, and H.S.A. plans.
