General Info

We operate a custom made, mobile, commercial kitchen located in the parking lot of Dean Supply, one block from Tri-C metro campus. Grilled sausage sandwiches, French fries and sodas complete our menu and we sell lots of them. The Polish Boy is our specialty: a grilled Polish sausage topped with slaw, fries, bbq sauce and served in a fresh bun. We prepared it on the FoodNetWork with Iron Chef Michael Symon, "The Best Thing I Ever Ate". The Iron Chef said we have Cleveland's best Polish Boy. Rachael Ray magazine picked us as one of the best hot dogs in America. The Plain Dealer listed us in "100 reasons we still love Cleveland. Our chili dogs are rated five stars and our customers can't get enough of them. Weekends we do backyard catering and outdoor events.Our type of catering is enjoyable, affordable and hassle free. We can start serving as soon as we arrive and pull off when it's over.The truck is a self contained unit, equipped with a grill, deep fryer, steam table, refrigerator, freezer, 4 sinks with hot and cold running water, exhaust system, 3 prep tables, and a serving window.
