Roxboro Elementary School, founded in 1920, offers education to students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Its academic curriculum includes reading, mathematics, science and social studies. The school also organizes various extramural clubs that include chess, Spanish and homework clubs. Roxboro Elementary School is a part of the Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District, which operates various elementary, middle and high schools. The district provides member schools various additional resources that include audiotapes and videotapes, hands-on science kits, software and literature kits. The school has an enrollment of more than 300 students.
