Mike (5372) did an excellent job diagnosing and remedying our issue at our home. He was thorough, descriptive, and provided excellent advice on how to prevent this issue from occurring in the future. He was very respectful of our home and me, and he was successful in solving our problem. I would highly recommend Mike and Roto Rooter to anyone who has a plumbing issue at home.

Rich (2338) was amazing! He was professional, polite, and quickly and directly answered our questions. He is an asset to your company. I would definitely call back if I have any other plumbing issues arise and ask for him, as a result of this visit.

The only opportunity for improvement is we were originally told 5-7, I left work early to make sure I was home in time, and then saw an email that listed the time as 6-8. Rich arrived around 6 p.m., within both ranges, but scheduling changes should not be made through email alone (no fault of Rich's).

After calling the 800# Rene called us and scheduled an appointment time which he came as set up. He figured out that the kitchen service line was blocked causing the water to backup in the sink. He recommended snaking the line and went over our options. After agreeing to have this service, Rene (#1199) was able to perform the task very professionally and cleaned up nicely. He explained how the line may have built up over time and what to do to prevent it as part of a monthly maintenance regiment. Rene was courteous and friendly individual and a true professional. We would definitely call for him again at Rotor-Rooter. We were very pleased with his service and professionalism and nice clean up after the job. Rene rocks!

We called 800 number and within the hour Rene (#1199) called us back and showed up just as fast for our service to our garbage disposal not working right.
He had it apart and diagnosed the problem and reassembled everything very efficiently. After retesting it the problem shutting off showed up again and he said since it was under warrantee he would replace it with the exact same model. This made us very happy. Rene went out and brought back the replacement (exact same model) and had it hooked up and working in under 1 hour of his return. Rene explained different possible issues with the pipes and disposal and left with everything back working a good a new.

He was very friendly and professional and cleaned up every last water drop.

We would definitely have him or use Rotor-rooter again if needed.

We had an emergency with a leaking valve in the basement.Chris 3041 showed up within an hour of the call. The problem was diagnosed and an estimate given. Chris completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Pleased with sevice. Will call back again.

Rich #2338 arrived on time, gave a written estimate and fixed the leaky toilet tank with new interior tank parts. The area was as clean when he finished as when he started. He was friendly and professional. It would be more helpful if the company could give a la carte pricing to reduce the sticker shock of an in home estimate.

Our bathtub had been draining slowly since we bought our house last year and this week it completely stopped. Larry was at our house within an hour of our call to Roto Rooter and he was a life saver. Our drains were completely packed with roots and he worked until he cleared them. The bathtub drains perfectly now. We will need more work in the future to repair pipe damage from the roots, and he explained everything and laid out a plan for us. We will definitely be calling Roto Rooter and asking for Larry when that time comes. He was so professional, upfront, and helpful.

Very prompt and professional. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Serviceman arrived within 2 hours of call and finished in less than 2 hours on a nasty kitchen sink plug.

We had a problem with sewer back-up and I called Roto-rooter around 7:30pm one evening, Rene (from Roto-Rooter) showed up to our house around 10pm that same night and checked everything out. He gave us a pretty realistic idea about what was going on and what he would need to do to access then properly diagnose the problem. We scheduled that work two days later and Rene (#1199) showed up at 8am didn't end up leaving until almost 6 pm (which was because the problem ended up being a worst case scenario). And while we were disappointed it turned out that our problem was so severe, we were glad to have Rene (and Roto-Rooter) who were extremely pro-active and took the time get us back on track.

Called to get a pipe fixed in my crawl space. Spoke to 4 different people at roto-rooter and no one ever said there would be a $250.00 dollar charge to go in my crawl space which is 3 feet tall. Someone even called me the same day to see if I needed my crawl space cleaned from water so they knew it was a crawl space, then when the one guy got there he said just to go in, it will be 250 then they could give me an estimate. Very Disappointed and frustrated that they could have told me over the phone and I would have declined instead of waiting 2 days for them to show up and then tell me a hidden charge of 250. Never again will I call this company. Shameful. I hired someone else and had my pipe fixed in less than an hour and a very reasonable rate.

Rotorooter was very prompt after the service call was made. Servicemen did a great job even though they had to work outside in the middle of a snowstorm.

I recently had my tankless water heater rebuilt with new flue gas limiter, I couldn't be any happier with the fix. the technician who worked on my tank was Ben Yaknbik he was very professional helping me choose the right option for my budget if anyone has a problem with a tankless water heater I suggest you ask for Ben when scheduling an appointment.
