Very dissapointed I took my chihuahua to cut her nails and she refused because my puppy growled at her shes a small puppy not a Pittbull Petco in steelyard commons

I take my Westie puppy to this Pet Co every week or so in the winter to be bathed and they do an excellent job even though he is not trained and is a handful they are patient and loving with him. I feel I get a good value for the money too as I only pay for the bath,drying and brushing and they let me know when other services such as his nails need addressed. They also try and work us into the schedule if he has gotten exceptionally muddy or dirty while visiting family in the country. I have taken him to another groomer before and he seemed afraid when I picked him up. That's not the case with these ladies he seems to love them and when I go in they are often holding or petting him and it makes me feel good that he is so comfortable with them.

I needed information about shots for my pets. I called Petco, Ms. Valerie had taken the call, and answered all questions with a nice professional attitude. Also Ms. Valerie had given me very helpful advice. I never been to Petco but, after talking with one of their staff, I can tell they have people I can trust with my pets.
