Fantastic experience every time. Since new management took over, Juan has been outstanding when addressing all problems and clearly explains every option, always keeping safety in mind. Juan even refuses to use the cheapest parts as he always seeks what's best for his customers. Highly recommend!!

bad customer service, since they have moved the original people from Triskett I have been forced to deal with the new people who are very rude and short. I am now being forced to take my business somewhere else.

PCS are the best and most honest mechanics that I have found, which is not saying much, so I go there when I cannot do the repair myself. They damaged my car on one occasion, and charged me $250 for fixing their screwup.

Every time I have brought my car to them for more than an oil change I've had to take it back 2 or 3 times before they got it right. They've had mechanics charge for new parts while installing used parts and have denied that it was happening. I've been a customer for more than 10 yrs., but will not return to them after taking my 2 year old car in for brakes replacement and having to take it back to them 3 times.

PCS Automotive is very reliable and very reasonably priced. They were able to access the problems with my daughter's car and undercut the dealer's repair quote by a substantial amount. The work was done on time and there were no hidden costs. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
