We have owned and managed each of our properties for decades, and we are always striving to know our tenants and provide a sense of community to each one. Having so many long-time tenants and long-time employees is a distinct advantage in fulfilling our goal of creating a home-like atmosphere. Our management and office staff in Bedford Heights and our leasing, maintenance and other personnel at each property are united in a shared philosophy: We are dedicated to making the tenant’s life as pleasurable as possible. Our tenants are extended family.
