I agree with the last post! I agree with the last post. they also lie about situations also get other teachers to make up stories when you dont believe them. she thinks shes an expert then aso braggs about how much behavior medication she shoves down her own kids to make them compliant and not bothersom to her so she can do what she wants and not have to worry about them getting in her way....hmmm... also told my son that i needed to give him a good spanking til he couldnt sit down anymore and stopped crying from a wooden spoon. then looked at me and told me shes only every had to do this to her kids twice but that those were the only 2 times and shes never had to since. told us thats what it took in her house to nip their behavior in the bud! Ive heard her talk about so many other children and their parents or homelife as well as staff and including setting a staff member up to get fired. the positive posts they get are from staff....Oh! they also give an incentive for leaving 5 stars and saying something positive about the center when you get your welcome packet! what could you possibly know about the center or staff at that point?!?!? that director is a nightmare! if you go searching for more reviews youll see all the negative ones sound the same and even about the same person.....youll also see the positive ones names match staff....and also all sound the same....suspicious, no?

continued --- Now I am a very understanding person but no one, especially in that field of work should ever make a parent feel discouraged about their child. The next day the director googled the previous school that my child went attended (which I am friends with the owner) to see if my son had gotten kicked out and told that owner that she wanted to kick my son out of the school. I find this out NOT from the director but from my friend who is the owner of the school my child previously attended. Terrible experience.. rude and UNREALISTIC director and staff. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I completely regret the decision I made switching my child when he was already in better care. Completely disgusted and offended.

By far one of the worst experiences a parent could have! I transferred my child from a previous daycare (pre-school) to this one thinking that the school would be more structured and benefit my child's future more than the previous school. My child does have some issues following direction (he is 4) and I was aware of that and willing to do anything I could to help him progress. The director Jaclyn was the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever met in my life. Day 1 I was already being told by staff that my son has some issues dealing with a structured environment and they were going to give him a couple days before they decide to kick him out.. and that they already have their hands full with other children with behavior issues so another one would be "too much for them to handle".

Friendly staff, beautiful center! They just opened and I'm so glad I switched my kids over from Rainbow. They seem to have excellent communication with children, parents, and staff, the building is safe and secure, the rooms are very home-like. I love it! Best move I've ever made!
