Remember the commercial that said something to the effect, "My broker told me when I made money he made money. What he didn't say was that when I lost money he still made money." This fellow certainly is the case in point. A nice beautiful office building, guess who pays for it, rain or shine? You guessed it. Give him his due though. He is a great salesman. Not a financial planner, but if you want someone to sell high-commission securities, he's your man. I mean, slick as a two term senator.BEWARE!
