  I've always loved hair and makeup. It started on my sister's barbies and continues to today! I had vocational training and was licensed in high school. I went on to work and train at Bumble & Bumble in NYC. A little jumping around and back to Ohio, where I was with Maxelle's in downtown Cleveland for 12 years. Advanced education includes training with Sassoon in London and Jingles in NYC. I was introduced to Aveda in 1997 and taught Aveda's hair color for 8 years. I opened j. romer in 2003. I enjoy a small salon and i'm blessed to be surrounded by an incredibly talented team!
