I had terrible service by the pharmacy. I had a refill of Klonopin due in two days and a "fill-in" pharmacist would not fill my prescription. I asked her to review my records to see that I never have abused the medication, had been utilizing the pharmacy for years and have never had trouble getting a prescription filled two days prior to the actual due date. I had to get the prescription early due to having kept a bottle with a few days supply (for emergency) at a home I was no longer living in, thus could not access. I did explain this to her yet, and with an enjoyment smirk, she totally refused to fill my prescription. I therefore threatened to report her to the administration of CVS. Since having threatened such, a regular pharmacist (the night duty pharmacist) accused me of threatening her and told me I was no longer welcome to get prescriptions there. In addition, I get a medication which I was told they would keep in stock...almost never did - was POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS!!!!
