I would give the center a five because the facility did a quick and accurate job on my drug test. But the lady who answers the phone for scheduling appointments was very rude and hung up the phone on me twice. She also did not let me get any time to ask questions or greeted me while answering the phone. Next time i'd rather go to a different more professional facility.
