Garrett & Associates is a private Land Surveying and Civil Engineering firm established in Cleveland, Ohio in 1890. Throughout our history, we have taken part in the construction of most of the principal buildings in the Cleveland area through either direct construction services and/or land surveying. The firm provides an array of land surveying services to architects, engineers, real estate developers, attorneys, general contractors and title companies.
