This particular Dave's store has really lousy service, they are very slow, and one of the managers is very rude. Some of the Customer Service Associates act as if they are doing you a tremendous favor by helping you. I thought that was their job. Also, the meat is not always fresh. I believe that this is the worst Dave's in the Greater Cleveland area!

I often complain when I don't receive good customer service. I owe it to Dave's at Lee and Harvard to show my appreciation for a job well done. The store is clean, the produce is fresh and the employees are helpful and exhibit excellent customer service skills. Shopping there is a pleasure.
