The Cleveland Job Corps Center Leadership from the serrata Corporation to Center Director, Social Development Director and H.R. Director is are the worse management team to work for. This team does not care about the staffs and students. Bad behavior practices by the Center Director Houston with staff /female should ground for DOL to take the contract.

for one job corps hasnt helped with anything. i have a child with a guy that is there and they wont let him come home for the first 30 days. And he is being forced to be there hes not aloud to sign himself out or come home when he wants to.im sorry but what kind of place are they running? when i called the last time he was there they didnt even tell him i called. what if something were to happen to our baby? there not going to tell him or what. personally i can care less about job corps. my life was going good until they walked in and messed everything up for me. i think our life would be so much easier if he didnt have to be there or at least have a say in how he wants his future. hes told me job corps isnt for him, but yet hes being forced. his mom kicked him out and has been living with me he should have a say in his future not everyone else. its his decision and job corps and his mother seem to think its there decision..well it not its his. i have nothing else to say to you people.
