Pre-Wedding Services; Auntie Jill;s will assist with planning items such as food, limos, bridal clothing, alcohol, flowers, halls, receptions, religious set-up, clergy, invitations, travel, honeymoon, and special events. Engagement Announcement -Assist in selecting photographer -Write announcements and place in desired publications Engagement Parties -Assist with site and vendor selection Invitations -Assist in selecting, writing, printing, assembling, and mailing save-the-date cards, engagement party, wedding and reception invitations, and wedding announcement -Assist with selecting and printing personalized stationary Wedding Day Rehearsal and Dinner -Assist with plans for rehearsal and organize wedding party -Assist in selection of rehearsal dinner site, vendors, and table assignments Wedding and Reception Planning -Create a timeline, milestones, checklist for tasks, and a wedding day schedule -Assist with ceremony planning, design, seating plans, and directing the wedding party, and more -Assist with reception site and vendor selection, reception design, seating plans, and more -Assist with coordinating the wedding party, family, and vendors to make sure all participants know their duties and responsibilities and confirm all appointments Attendant Parties -Assist in selection of site, vendors, and invitations Attendant Gifts -Assist with selecting, ordering, picking up, wrapping and delivery of attendant gifts Special Event Services Event Planning -Assist with coordinating the day of event, and all details leading up to it -Create timelines, milestones, checklists for tasks, and event day schedule -Confirm vendor appointments and finalize all details Invitations -Assist in selecting, writing, printing, assembling, addressing and mailing invitations Venue -Assist in selection of site and booking -Assist with tables and seating -Assist in selection of vendors and supplies for decorating -Assist with selection of entertainment and booking -Assist with food and drink selection and vendors
