      Owner, Joseph Wallace, has been Managing restaurants for several years working in restaurants now for over 15 years all together. Over the course of that time spent has noticed every where he went there was always discrepancy with the cleaning company. Owners and management staff hiding ketchup packets to see if the cleaning crew was actually doing their job. Joseph finally decided to sieze an oppurtunity and become Clevelands new premier Restaurant Sanitation services filling the void and reestablishing the notion that not all cleaning companies are terrible and there is some integrity left in this field.
