Untrustworthy! Servepro of Greenville/Cleveland MS done some work at my house after a small fire in the attic and a closet. My girlfriend and I were there the entire time they were...about 1 hour the first day then about 2 hours another day. They did do the work I asked them to do, then we signed their papers and they were on their way. Later I find out my insurance paid them $1200 for what they did. I requested an itemized bill from them and it had NUMEROUS charges for things that were not done...clean ceiling fans, baseboard, ceilings, etc....I called Lynette to find out why and she argued with me saying they DID do those things (she was not there, but her workers told her they did do them). I argued that both my girlfriend and I were WATCHING what they did and that they billed State Farm for work they did not do..... to no avail. State Farm is supposed to be investigating... MAKE SURE YOU GET A LIST OF WORK TO BE DONE FIRST AND CHECK THINGS OFF AS THEY DO THEM! THEY WILL LIE!!
