If looking for a house to buy don't use Griffith Real Estate and Appraisal Services in Cleveland, Mississippi. They try to make sure the seller gets everything they want; giving the buyer nothing that they want. The only time I saw the real estate agent, Debbie Taylor, was when she was trying to get me to sign an addendum that would benefit the seller. I was told that a home inpection had been recently done on the house I wanted to purchase, but when I asked for a copy of the report It took a week to get one. When I finally received a copy of a report, it had been done four months prior. There were issues with the house that had not been fixed in order to get a certificat of occupancy. After being constantly lied to by Debbie Taylor, we decided not to purchase the house.
