Service is horrible.Every time the wind blows or we have lightning the power goes out then the phone is always busy.I am a retired vet on an oxygen machine and I can look out the door and see power on in Skene but we always lose ours.After 3 years of this problem I don't understand why it cannot be fixed.If the company can't fix it provide us with generators.
