It's really a shame that anyone must wait over an hour just to get a shot record, that I believe takes only seconds to print out. I feel like customer service doesn't exist at this place. The staff here have no clue what telephone etiquettes are, they sound as if they are just waking up when they answer the telephone. Come on people take pride in your jobs and try to show some respect for your jobs..
